American Solar Energy Society

ASES is the oldest solar and renewable energy non-profit advocate in the U.S., and their brand was in desperate need of a facelift. They approached us for help with their business framework and brand/visual guidelines which included a logo update, tagline development, and a new color palette. This helped build the foundation to ultimately design and develop one website to house all four of their programs, including Solar Today magazine. It took many months of organizing content and creating one website template that could meet all the requirements for all three programs. Now ASES has a consolidated, rock-solid platform to get out there and raise awareness about renewable energy solutions, and hopefully increase donations as well. Shortly after, they approached us to redesign the Solar Today magazine, and we’ve been publishing it quarterly ever since.

“SunDesign guided our organization through a successful re-branding project to help us envision our goals and strategy. Their work is very intelligent, insightful, and experienced. They also do a terrific job of keeping our website and our magazine full of fresh content and relevant information. Their design skills are progressive and clean—they’re a valuable asset to our team.”
